What Rotarians get out of Dublin AM Rotary depends largely on what they put into it. Many membership requirements are designed to help club members more fully participate in and enjoy their Rotary experience.
Attending weekly club meetings allows members to enjoy fellowship, enrich their professional and personal knowledge, and meet other business leaders in their community.

Dublin AM Rotary is operated on a July to June calendar year. The meeting requirement for active members is 50% - but there are a number of fun ways to get a "make-up" that will not only fulfill your attendance requirements - but deepen your engagment with fellow Rotarians and the community.

Members receive "make-ups" from the following:

  • Serving as a greeter for a regular meeting. Sign up online!
  • Attending a club fellowship event.
  • Attending a club committee meeting.
  • Serving on the Communications committee as a photographer, newsletter editor, weekly scribe or web editor.
  • Participating in a club service activity like Salvation Army bell ringing or Mobile Canteens.
  • Attending another Rotary club meeting anywhere in the world as a guest.See list of area clubs on District 6690 site.
  • Attending a Rotary District event.
  • Attending a Rotary International event.
  • Serving as a Sergeant-At-Arms.
  • On-Line Rotary Club Make-Ups

Makeups for members should be promptly reported by committee chairs to the Dublin AM Rotary Bookeeper to ensure that they are recorded in the members' attendance records.
