St. Patrick's Day Parade Marshaling

What better way to see the Dublin St. Patrick's Day Parade than as a volunteer Marshal!  We need 25 volunteers to provide safety at the parade, by keeping spectators the proper distance from floats and bands, as they move along the parade route. 

All volunteers meet at Jason's Deli to receive their parade route assignments, along with coffee and pastries at 10:15 AM.  We head out to the parade route around 11 AM, and marshal until the parade passes your assigned area (around 1 PM). 

Marshals get to wear a very cool flourescent vest which provides you with a sense of importance.  Your role as a Marshal, is to keep kids and adults from running into or being run over by floats/bands/horses/etc.  

The weather forecast for March 15th is sunny and 70 degrees (maybe).
