The Salvation Army Mobile Canteen provides a chance to help those in Central Ohio in great need. Each first Saturday of the month, we make food in the first shift and load it into the mobile canteen to take downtown. In the second shift, we serve the food from the canteen to those who might not otherwise have a hot meal that day. It's a wonderful event for families with middle or high school students. You'll come away both counting your blessings and glad you could help! |

The holiday season is over, bills are due, the weather is cold and dreary, but hey, that doesn't stop Dublin AM Rotarians! So, let's celebrate the New Year with a "Perfect Party!" Sharon Kendall and Paul Buchanan have generously offered to open their home and host a Perfect Party on Friday, January 22 at 7pm. till the last person(s) leaves. Please bring a bottle of wine (or beverage of choice) and either an appetizer or dessert. If your last name begins with A-P - please bring an appetizer. If your last name begins with Q-Z - please bring a dessert. Please register by Wednesday, January 20th so we can determine food allocation. We may need to have a few more desserts, depending on registrations. We hope to see you on January 22nd. A fire will be burning, and the festival feeling of the holiday season will still be upon us. Come join the fun, and feel free to bring a guest(s). Happy New Year!

Mar. 08, 2016 5:30 p.m.
As most of you are aware, our monthly fellowship event is the second Tuesday of every month at Tutto Vino starting at 5:30 pm. The March Tuesdays at Tutto Vino is next week, March 8. While this is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with fellow Rotarians, we are delighted to have a special guest joining us next week. Elena Sharafanovich is from the Republic of Belarus. She is observing the interventional radiology, surgical, and oncology departments at Nationwide Childrens' Hospital for the next few weeks. This gives her the chance to study and learn the procedures that Dr. Sheils had developed. She wishes to attend our next Tutto Vino event so that she can convey her appreciation to Dublin AM Rotary for sponsoring this opportunity for her. She is grateful to learn these procedures so that she can share what she learned at Childrens' with colleagues in her own country. The Republic of Belarus is landlocked in Eastern Europe bordered by Russia to the northwest, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest. The population is 9.5 million and the land area is 80,200 square miles. The official languages are Belarusian and Russian. Please join us in welcoming Elena to our city and our country.
